Our luxury home is Kokapelli In-Town in the heart of Granbury off 377 at the Business 377 turn-off to the Town Square, City Beach, and the Boat Ramp. You can get to these prime destinations in under 5 minutes for boutique shopping, fine/casual dining, and entertainment on the Town Square.
This house is in a very well-maintained upscale neighborhood. A golf course in the subdivision is within walking distance and you can see the lake as you pass the cliffside lake front homes on a walkabout. It’s a great location for watching 4th of July fireworks over the lake. You will also be close to traditional restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, etc. We love this luxury open-concept house for romance, fine dining, and as home base for Town Square adventures.
We have parking on the driveway for up to six average vehicles. A boat trailer can be parked on the driveway or only if not room on the lot we own behind the house. Amenities include indoor/outdoor stereo, a propane grill, propane fire pit, board games, corn hole, a large smart TV, DVD player, a giant wall-mounted scrabble board, and a spare monitor for your gaming console.
The luxury kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, double oven, dishes, and basic supplies. Eat at the 4-seat kitchen bar, the10-seat dining room table, 4-seat breakfast area, or 6 seat porch dining table adjacent to comfy couches. Enjoy the shade trees and playhouse.
There’s plenty of room inside with a large den and three full bathrooms. The master has a king bed, the kid’s room has twin trundles and a loft, and three other bedrooms have queen beds. Linens and towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer in a large utility room. All the comforts of home are there plus granite counters, wood floors, and tasteful decor!
