Kokopelli Getaways Farm is near Revolver Brewery and under 5 minutes from the boat launch near DeCordova Dam at the south end of Lake Granbury. The Victorian style farmhouse is located on the original Matlock Farm grounds with over 11 acres that includes a barn and pasture.

Enjoy exploring the woods, viewing the pasture, watching sunsets, listening to the indoor/outdoor stereo, cooking BBQ on the pavilion, marshmallows on the fire pit, pool table, foosball, giant wall-size scrabble, and horseshoes. There’s plenty of room for parking vehicles and your boat, and playing frisbee, kites, throwing a football or baseball, and more. The picnic pavilion is 16 x 20 with outdoor furniture for family to gather in the shade. If you are visiting family in DeCordova Estates or Pecan Plantation, we are very close by.

We love having family and friends out here and the soothing sounds of nearby roosters and cows while watching for deer, hawks, and other critters. We are presently residing at this property while we renovate the barn but anticipate opening it up again for rental in the summer or fall.
